Can I reserve La Mer products online for in-store pickup?
Some La Mer products can be reserved Online for pickup in select stores. You will see an option to “Reserve Now” on the pages for these products. You can reserve 1 product at a time, up to 5, at either the same or different stores. Each item must be reserved separately.
How long will my reserved product(s) be available?
We will hold your reserved product until the next 2 business days.
How do I pick up my reserved product(s) at a La Mer store?
When you visit the store where your reservation is being held, please provide your order number at counter. If you are happy with your selection you will be able to purchase your reserved item prior to leaving the La Mer store. Please note that reserved items will be subject to in-store pricing and promotions, and will not be eligible for Online-exclusive offers.
