If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.lamer.eu, and you wish to cancel it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. As long as the products are unused and together with the gifts or samples sent in the order (if applicable) to obtain a full refund of the order.
• If you want to change the product, the total import of the new product must be equal to that of the returned purchase. If it is higher or lower, the change cannot be made, and the product will be credited.
Steps to follow:
• Complete the return/exchange section on the back of the invoice (sent to you with your original order) and include it in the return package.
• Make a copy of the entire bill for your records.
• To be able to request the collection with the transport company, contact Customer Service through our email atencionalcliente@lamer.com or by calling 911168457.
Return and exchange requests will be handled as soon as possible once they arrive at our warehouses and a new item will be provided to you via standard shipping (if that is what you requested) or order credit. In this case, you will receive the amount of the order or product in the same payment method that was obtained to make the purchase.
The processing time for the return and sending an exchange range between 7 and 10 business days from the receipt of the item. Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive confirmation of receipt and processing of your return or exchange by email.
Note: Only products purchased on Lamer.eu.eu can be refunded or exchanged. Currently, returns are sent to the local office with SEUR.

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or are not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Team 911 168 457 M-F 9am to 6pm. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at lamer.eu; we are unable to process returns for purchases made at a La Mer store. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a La Mer store. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under law as a consumer, which may also apply.
