RETURN TO LOCKER
To do so, please contact our Customer Service on +48221047535, or by E-MAIL. In response, you will receive a return code, which will also be included in the InPost Mobile app and in the email. All you'll need to do is write the return code by hand on the package. No need to print a label. You can ship the parcel at any InPost Locker - simply scan the QR code from the InPost Mobile app by placing it to the reader on the machine, or select the parcel shipping options on its screen and enter the return code manually. You can find the nearest locker at https://inpost.pl/znajdz-paczkomat.
Requests for refund will be handled promptly. The processing time of returns and delivery of an exchange varies from 7 to 10 working days on average from our receipt of your return. Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive confirmation of the receipt and processing of your return or exchange via email. Note: Only products purchased on Lamer.eu.eu may be refunded.

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or are not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Team +48221047535 M-F 8am to 6pm, Sat – 9am to 5pm. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at lamer.eu; we are unable to process returns for purchases made at a La Mer store. Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a La Mer store. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under law as a consumer, which may also apply.
