SHIPPING OPTIONS

• La Mer offers Standard Shipping Service. Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the next working day will be processed.

• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

• Most Standard orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the order's ship date.

• The courier makes a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If the courier fails to successfully deliver the parcel on the first delivery attempt, they will make another attempt on the following day. If the courier does not find anyone at the address on the second day either, the parcel will be returned to us.

The customer can also use the cost-free option to dynamically redirect the parcel to a Locker, Parcel Service Point or to a neighbour.

HOW TO USE THE DYNAMIC REDIRECTION SERVICE?
Waiting for a package but your plans have changed and you won't be home? For selected parcels which meet certain criteria, including size, we enable their redirection to a Locker, Parcel Service Point or to a neighbour's address indicated by you (it should be located on the same street as the recipient's address). The fastest way to redirect a courier parcel is from within the InPost Mobile app. In the tracking list or in the shipment details, click on the ‘Redirect’ button next to the courier parcel of your choice and then select your new preferred delivery option. Don't have the app? Dynamic Redirection is still possible. You will receive an email and/or SMS from us containing a unique link that will take you to a special page where you redirect your courier parcel. Please note that redirection is only possible for courier parcels that are already on their way.

WHEN CAN I REDIRECT A PARCEL?
A parcel can be redirected if it has not yet been delivered or cancelled and has the given dimensions and weight. The place of redirection must be within a maximum radius of 10 km of the original place of delivery.
